This site is designed
for all you vauxhall loving, power hungry, motor maniacs and,
as you have probably already guessed, it is dedicated to the
Astra GSi 16V.

astra is already known throughout the modified motor
world as being one of the all time great fun wagons.
This is due to two main reasons: 1) it look the dogs danglies,
and The 2.0L torque box , originating from the older but equally as good GTE, has recently been quoted as being up there (in quality terms) with the Ford RS lump (Sorry about the bad Language!). |

Personally I think its
better, but hey that's only my opinion.
The fact that Cosworth
make decent engine's though, can't be denied and its down to
these fella's that Ford have produced anything powerful at
all!.
The one thing that
isn't so well known though, is the fact that the Vauxhall KBA
16V head was indeed built and designed in the late eighties
by, guess who!!....Yep, the Cosworth lads. This head has been
modified slightly over the years but it is still powering top
of the range vectra's to this date.
What?, you have never
heard this before, well it's not surprising considering the
Ford (There I go again.) Cosworth link.
Anyway less of the

After a little research I've managed to provide an easy method of reading you're own ECU fault codes without any equipment, I've already used it to solve two problems and still have a full pocket (well almost!). |
